  Early afternoons at this store are a nightmare. Cold food, incorrect orders, sloppy assembly of burgers. Even today after a visit from the Regional Manager it was the same old sameold. My grandson's McNuggets were unheated, yes fridge cold, estimated at 10 Degrees C. If I want cold nuggets, I'll buy them from a Supermarket. The duty Manager at 14:20 today was brusque and unapologetic. I will be making a formal complaint to the Health Dept about serving food under 60 Deg C.

  Both drive through lanes were busy & our speaker box didn't register the car, so they took 4 cars orders in the other lane until we decided just to drive to the window. Staff were polite & frustrated by speakers not registering all the cars pulling up. Waited over half an hour in the drive through for 2x Double cheese burger meals with water. Then chips were under cooked burgers were a sloppy mess. Worse McDonalds drive through experience ever!!
